This rare inverted surcharge is the best condition note out of the three known examples, besting even Tom Omara's VF specimen. The weakness of the printing at the lower left is because this was the corner of the sheet and experienced inadequate pressure. Grade Ch. Abt. New 55 PPQ, inverted surcharge on back, by PCGS.
