Here is a wonderful $20 Value Back (VF 30 PPQ) from this Logan County bank. It's so nice I found an old listing calling it XF, and clearly it has that kind of desirability with its great color and beautiful centering which are enhanced by the signatures, stamped by the cashier for the president and pen signed by the cashier. Only 11 serial numbers are reported for this charter.
