This lovely $10 Compound Interest note has been expertly restored, likely where ink rot from the gold ate through the paper. Of the 24 serial numbers reported none grade better than a '30' and most have comments. Whoever loved the idea of an acidic gold overprint made a mistake. This note looks amazing and is likely among the best. PMG notes: repaired.
