Records indicate there are six large size and two large size uncut sheets known. Excellent pen signatures bring beauty and history to this example from this large-only, one-bank town. Eldorado was named for two of its founders, Samuel Elder and Joseph Read, and was originally pronounced Elder-Reado . The town boasts it hosted the first performance by a Beatle in the U.S.: in 1963 George Harrison was visiting his sister in Benton and performed at the VFW with a local band.
