It's clear that this $5 #1 sheet was cut many decades ago, with most of the notes placed into circulation. Now, seven decades later, only three of those six notes seem to have survived. The wear on this example appears to be more from normal circulation than from being carried as a pocket piece. A #1 we are lucky to have to offer.
