This Kiowa County bank was chartered as the Farmers National Bank, but took the First National Bank title in 1930. It issued small notes for two years under this second title before the bank was closed by the receiver in 1932. Just two notes are reported with this title, and a total of four small notes are reported from this charter. A real Kansas rarity!
