The first set of designs chosen for the Legal Tender Series are, to me, some of the very best that were ever designed. The colors rise strikingly from the background with brilliance and contrast, but the lines are clean and precise. This early Legal Tender $20 completely evokes the spirit of American currency in all its splendor. This note has all of the qualifications necessary for a "64" or even better. Truly a dynamic note.
