Here is a real jewel from this Clark County bank. This charter has 19 large notes reported but there are only two $5s known. It has excellent pen signatures but I can't translate them. An excellent representation for the $5 Red Seal and one of the last notes added to the set. Acquired in 2010 at $1,955. The Illinois Type Set.
