This is a real rarity among uncut sheets, as there are only eight known from the District of Columbia; three are small size, one red seals and one brownback. This sheet is absolutely beautiful with a faint fold in the top selvage, just at the top of the first note. Pen signed and truly a peach. This sheet has the banks first title.
