This is a better bank and a scarce Michigan type. The bank has just 14 large size notes in the census and there are an equal number of $20 Valuebacks known on Michigan. Regrettably, this example has some severe damage including some holes, thin spots and foxing. Minus the problems, the note would have been a nice F/VF with signatures. It is no surprise that this is the only $20 Valueback reported on the bank.
