An interesting mid-war issue that paid 2 cents a day interest! This note only has a couple of light folds, but there is some edge roughness in spots and some minor staining. There are three "Interest Paid" stamps on the back, at Charleston for 1863 and 1864 and at Columbia for 1865. PF-9.
