This is one of the rarest and most desirable types known on the state of Wisconsin. Only two examples exist, both from this bank, and both in similar grade. Bright and with excellent color, with signatures that match the grade. The demand from all collectors for the type will ensure this rarity garners the attention it deserves. Only 94 $50 Red Seals are known from all banks across the country, and I surmise each note is an integral part of every collection in which it is contained. We sold the other Wisconsin $50 Red Seal in 2001, and we don't expect to see it return to the market anytime soon. Destined to be one of the most sought after notes in this monumental collection.
