Without question, the scarcest bank in town for small size notes. We auctioned one of these in 1998, but then the hobby did without until a note showed up in January 2007 and then another in April of this year. Hardly frequent enough to satisfy all the 14,000 charter collectors and the Wisconsin buyers. This well margined example will make someone happy.
