The First National Bank of New Richmond was the only national bank in town and only issued $5 notes. Just 14 small size examples have survived, making this a somewhat difficult town to acquire in that format. Only three 1929 Series notes have crossed the auction block in the last 10 years, which is a testament to how firmly held are the small size Wisconsin notes. A very worthwhile example.
