This note has excellent paper quality and is very well centered for the grade of F/VF. In fact recently I have seen notes graded VF 20 that were not as attractive. The president's signature is well penned and strong, but very light. This $5 Brownback from Waldo County is new to the census and is joined by only one other Brownback, a $10. A quality note that is now the bank's 16th large size.
