A fabulous vanity signature of S.B. Smith, President is the first thing to grab your eye when you flip to this impressive Red Seal. The few folds are so faint as to be invisible, certainly on the front. This is the only Red Seal out of a handful of 11 large size recorded. Large size examples are rarely available, and you can forget about one with the pizzazz of this piece. John G. Rexford signed as Cashier, but without quite the flair of the President.
