Bizarre fold-over and cutting mistake, not to mention the shift in the overprint, which might have created the entire mess. Here’s a mistake that you can see from across the room…even with your glasses off. Strictly as issued and released, but with folds that were (no doubt) acquired within the BEP during cutting and packaging.
