This is a very nice looking $20 FRBN from Dallas that is from the 30 serial numbers reported. It's only a couple of numbers away from two of the highest grades known. There are 31 serial numbers reported and this one has excellent color and great centering. I wouldn't be surprised if this note was sold as an XF years back, it's that high quality.
