National Bank Notes > Wisconsin
Oshkosh, First NB, 218

Oshkosh was home to an amazing 10 national banks, with several of them quite rare. The First National Bank is one of those rare ones. Only two pieces are known on this establishment that issued only First Charter notes until they closed in 1883. This example is solid for the grade and shows nicely the blue-end paper that was used. We can locate no sales of any notes on this bank in any of our data. The bank officers are S.M. Hay, President and Charles Schriber, Cashier.
