This is a scarce Portland bank that has only nine large notes previously reported, with this new addition bumping it to ten. This new to the census $100 (that makes only three) is a Date Back like the other Blue Seal, while the other is a Red Seal. This note faces up well and has excellent pen signatures of R.S. Durham and Geo. W. Hoyt. The note does have a few pinholes and a tiny tear.
