The stark white paper is a fitting canvas for the bold inks of the design, the blue serial numbers and the chocolate-brown seal. I can't imagine that this pristine example would not be one of the finest specimens extant. This is a rare number as well, with just 38 pieces in the census, and five of those 38 are in government collections, a significant number considering how scarce this note is to begin with. This amazing piece has clearly earned its PCGS grade of Gem New 66 PPQ.
