So close, yet so far. This note, consecutively numbered to the 67 PPQ offered in the sale, came from the bottom of the prior cut sheet, so it doesn't enjoy the same margins. The paper quality however is every bit as nice. Graded Very Ch. New 64 PPQ by PCGS.
