Currently there are 192 reported examples of the 1882 $50 Dateback and, of those, just 15 notes are listed on the census as uncirculated, with two originating at this bank. Only 10 are listed as AU, and there aren't many that are even XF. This is a rare type note and naturally, it and its mate are certainly the finest ever reported on the state. There are no "type notes" this rare that sell for so little. The centering and color are excellent and the pen signatures are lovely. Graded Gem Uncirculated 66 by CGA.
