A great looking addition to the census on this Van Zandt County bank that now has four notes available to collectors, as two are currently residing in the Philpott Collection. There is a 1" tear in the left quarter fold, but the note has great red signatures that add to the desirability. The current Kelly premium shows $2,500 for Fine, which may well be low.
