The surviving examples of Fr. 638s can be counted on two hands, with fingers left over. The Fr. 638 contains the last signature combination found on large size Nationals and the first (and only) found on small size Nationals. PCGS comment - discolored on back - appears to be an inking irregularity at the BEP, nothing else. Important because of Friedberg number and location.
