This attractive note is graded by PCGS as a Very Ch. New 64 PPQ, and no doubt would have been a full-blown Gem if the top margin had been a hair wider. It certainly has the brightness and minimal handling required of that grade. Also, the very important "PPQ" designation is well earned.
