This is a superior example of one of the earliest designs by the B.E.P. The corners are sharp and the paper is fully bright, just the way it should be. The margins are surprisingly good for this issue, and I can't help but think this note could easily fit into anyone's Gem CU collection. However, as it is, it is one of the nicest PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ notes you will see.
