Gargantuan margins surround a perfectly centered front design highlighted by forest green counters and under-print and rich red Treasury seal. Paper originality oozes through the holder. Although PMG mentions repaired , we cannot locate any hint of work anywhere. The four-digit, radar serial adds to the appeal. An old friend which we last sold in October, 2000 for $7150; a level that makes an excellent starting point tonight. Since 2000, we have sold only two '64s', one at $15,000, the other at $12,000. Only one EPQ/PPQ has crossed the block anywhere and it realized $19,975 just last year.
