Only four $1,000 1934 St. Louis stars are listed in the Sullivan reference on high denomination notes. Three are listed as VF and one piece has no grade attached. This new addition is possibly the finest star for the district, since it basically has just three vertical folds with some additional light handling. The paper is wholly original and clean as can be.
