Web notes are experimental $1 FRNs printed in Series 1988-A, 1993 and 1995. Web note production ended in late 1997. The 1-2 plate combo is very scarce in most of the 1988-A Web blocks. This note is extremely rare. Although there is one or two other F-U 1-2 plate notes reported in R15, this note is unique to R11 and not reported in any Web note census. There have not been any public sales of any Webs in F-U 1-2 combo documented. It is a must-have note for a complete Web collection. The note is well centered.
