Grade: PCGS Ch. Abt. New 58 PPQ
Type 2 seal; two serial numbers. I really expected this note would grade '67' based on originality and centering but there must be a hint of a bend somewhere. There are 21 notes graded higher but it's doubtful they would offer much of an upgrade. Gorgeous in every way that I can see since it's in a holder now.
