Fr. 389 $2 Original
Grade:

A beautiful Original Series Deuce that is among the best of the six First Charters known on this bank. This bank note is the earliest in the collection as it was chartered in 1872 and closing just six years later in 1878. By 1910 the outstanding listed was $926 from a total issue of $183,800. This note has bold pen signatures of the vice president and cashier but I cannot read them. You cannot go wrong with a state capital Lazy Deuce.
