Eminently rarer than the other Philadelphia red seal, the Fr. 834b which has nearly three times as many notes reported than this scarce piece. This example has very light uniform toning, a pair of spots in the margins, and some edge splits benefiting from well executed closure. Not at all unattractive, despite our harsh description.
