None of the reference books show any stars printed for Philadelphia, so we were shocked when this consignment arrived. After reviewing BEP production records, it seems as though 640,000 were printed. Generally these are inserted one or two at a time, not released in packs. The pack could probably be broken and sold online to collectors eager to own one. Exactly the type of note that will probably carry a value of $75 each in a future edition.
