Grade: PCGS Superb Gem New 67 PPQ
The auction scene has had to do without an Fr. 351 in this lofty grade since the last piece sold in June 2007 for $3,910. Against the odds, this note is just two serial numbers away from that previous note, even though this example has been locked away for more than a decade. The cavernous embossing on the seal and serial numbers, a characteristic of the issue, is quite visible through the holder. PCGS has assigned this peach a grade of Superb Gem New 67 PPQ. Both PCGS and PMG have seen just three notes each as nice as this, with none finer.
