$10 1995 & 1999 Premium Sets

These two B.E.P. limited edition sets include one note from each of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks for the 1995 and 1999 series. A great way to show the design change from the old style to the big-head design. Only 2,000 sets were produced for each series and this is the only way to obtain the "Y" suffix. These two sets are just about the best of the run in that they are serial #99999909. Only the solid 9s would be better, and that set may not have been released. The twelve 1995 notes are Ch. CU due to centering issues, and the twelve 1999 notes are full, blazing Gems. Lot contains two Premium Sets in book form with slip covers, where each set contains twelve $10 FRNs, for a total of 24 notes.
