National Bank Notes > Wyoming

Few towns remind us of the Wild West more than does Cody, Wyoming. It is named after William Frederick Cody, popularly known as Buffalo Bill, from his part in the creation of the original town. There were two National banks in town and both issued small notes and are of equal rarity. There just are not enough of good Wyoming notes like this to go around. A small note from this bank has not been available at auction for five years. This is a new piece to the census and is at worst tied for second place where grade is concerned. From the Rocky Mountain Collection.
