This note is one of five $100 1902 Plain Backs reported. There is also only one $100 Date Back and two Red Seal $100s. The Date Back sold as a Fine last year at $21,150. As far as I can tell this note is the best of the Blue Seals. The signatures are bold and printed in black. The paper and body are excellent minus a couple of minor splits.
