This bank is unlisted in both Bowen and Haxby. The Lee reference lists each denomination at $500 each. Full selvedge all around with bit of aging confined entirely to the jumbo bottom margin. Cass was an early governor of Michigan. Interestingly, Cass City is hours from Cass County and the Cass Corridor in Detroit is in a world of it's own.
