In general, ink smears are boring, but there s nothing ordinary about a smear that covers nearly one-third of the front and totally obliterates Hamilton s portrait. If you need only one great example, this is for you. The heat seal on the RCGS holder has failed, but we have inspected the note and agree with the Gem CU 65 grade.
