The only number one on the bank, aside from an uncut sheet of Type 2 $5s. While most associate Cooperstown with the Baseball Hall of Fame, a much rarer western state bears the same town name. PCGS mentions "small repairs" which is surprising, if present, as this was acquired by a local coin dealer and examined by us raw prior to submission.
