This may be the best Minnesota find of the year. An evenly circulated Red Seal from this Todd County bank that is the only Red Seal of the eight large notes reported. The only large size offered was the Melamed note in 2010. This note has excellent wispy pen signatures of Merrill O. Cliff (?), President and Johnny J. Reichert, Cashier.
