PF-1 Liberty seated by shield and eagle at left and a 1830s locomotive on the right. Hoyer & Ludwig, Richmond, VA. There were 8,576 issued. Rarity 4. The upper and lower left corners have been replaced and need to be corrected. This is the Ab plate and there are a few stamp hinges attaching this rarity together. This note could use restoration to preserve it for the generations to come.
