A lovely note from this mere speck of a town in Kearney County. The 2000 census puts the population of Wilcox at 360, two persons more than in 1920. This was the town's only National Bank, and appears to have issued a good number of sheets for such a small village. Consequently there are 29 small size notes in the census. The high grade more than makes up for the narrow right margin.
