This was the only National Bank in this small hamlet of 663 persons, its population in 1930. The bank issued only small size notes, and fortunately for collectors of sheets and #1 notes, someone saved all six #1 sheets that the bank issued, an even dozen pieces have been recorded. We sold a similarly graded $5 in March for nearly $500.
