A consecutive run of CU notes provide most of the nice uncirculated examples that are reported on this signature combination. This note is part of that run and is just eight numbers removed from the Tom Flynn specimen (a PMG 65 EPQ) that brought $4,600 in April 2008. There are only 25% as many notes reported on this Friedberg number as there are on the most available Cleveland signature combination. Graded Gem New 65 PPQ by PCGS.
