This is an attractive and well-centered example of a popular and well-known design. It was sold five times over five years earlier this decade, graded anywhere between AU and Gem CU, depending on whether the cataloger spotted the very faint centerfold. There is also some light repair in the back top corners. Clearly a note that looks better than AU.
