Here is a very odd situation of under inking the serial numbers of this 1934-A North Africa note. The left serial numbers of this note are severely under inked, likely by a blockage of ink to the plate. Just another crazy arbitrary occurrence in the printing process. A nice, fresh North Africa UNC with average choice centering. From the Rocky Mountain Collection.
