Most beginning collectors place the $1 Educational at the top of their list, and it is no wonder. The note is one of our most beautiful designs, and the intricate detail of the engraver's art is in full display on this top quality example. The centering is exceptional, the colors outstanding and the embossing strong. The note appears to have met every requirement for the PCGS grade of Gem New 65 PPQ, and I can see nothing that would cause me to disagree.
