A lovely 1902 Red Seal from this Waldo County bank that was chartered in 1905 and first issued Red Seals. There are four Red Seals known and this is the finest among them, while the bank has 18 large notes reported. Excellent pen signatures of William B. Swan and C.W. Wiscots. This note is both fresh and well centered and should be a source of pleasure of ownership for its new custodian.
